Participants will also gain regional experience through rotational opportunities across SD Guthrie’s operations in Indonesia and Malaysia. 1st Year: International operational exposure assignmen in Malaysia. 2nd Year: Operational and cross-functional assignment in Indonesia Qualifications/Skills Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with a GPA ≥ 3.50, Master’s Degree (S2) will be an advantage. Fresh graduates from reputable universities or with less than 1 years of work Experience. Preferred Educational Backgrounds: Business Management & Finance Engineering Agriculture & Plantation Technology & Data Other relevant disciplines (e.g., Economics, Communication, etc.) Fluent in English, both spoken and written, proven by English proficiency test results (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, or equivalent). Strong leadership qualities with active involvement in organizational activities. Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and leadership potential. Willing to participate in a 1-month onboarding program at our Training Center before commencing the international exposure.
